TALK is being shorted every day. This is what I am seeing daily.
example.
MM opens TALK at .0023 - buying take place with green bars.
TALK is shorted driving price down throughout the day. - red bars
After 2:30 pm covering starts and you'll see TALK PPS rise due to covering with green bars.
Review TALK daily charts and you'll see this pattern over and over again
