Mine was based in fact but there was a good deal of "hunch" thrown in there.
Quite frankly it was how Bill dealt with setbacks that convinced me TPAC was a good risk. The slow, realistic timeline and the setbacks should alone should indicate this is the real deal.
As I said on the other board, anyone can win when the flop a boat, it takes skill to take down the board with a 2 , 10 off-suite.
