if it wasn't for Dave Foley, NTEK would not exist. He is the brain trust of the organization, the idea man. His continued involvement with the company is fairly critical to it's success.

Who do you think came up with a large portion of the technical plan to move the company forward in his absence ?

I'm sure his continued presence with thee company has been factored in.

The reasons for his incarceration have nothing to do with either NTEK or NTLG.

My guess is he will not have a business leadership position in the company, but he is the technical leader that will move the company forward. He will influence business decisions I'm sure, but I'm pretty sure he will not be a company officer.

I'm sure Dave Foley's incarceration experience has been an eye opener for him on what is acceptable and unacceptable behavior in the business world and what the consequences can be for an incorrect decision. It is a mistake that affected his business, his family and his entire life.

I don't think he is going to repeat the same mistake IMHO.
