In light of the latest information, I will have various courses of action planned for the open on Monday. None of them will include panic selling.
In the short term, there may be a lot more to play out in the .0004>.0017 range - regardless of whether the r/m deal with Intermountain Orient goes ahead or not.
Nobody has made a definitive statement that Gary Andrew is not going ahead - check carefully who said what.
If any significant losses are incurred, there are multiple grounds for making complaints to the SEC for investigation regarding possible stock price manipulation.
