On otc says under 400mil , is that all out dated? Likely , dont they have to be shareholder meeting to announce RS and vote
I notice TAL* ticker has smaller as then there 1.8b os , and i ask about rs and there merger
And a member keeps saying No RS lol but the SS seemed odd to me as im learning all this new stuff i never did before ,
