There were clearly 4 different versions of exactly where Gary stood around 15:58:

And people on iHub who posted what best suited them
"has become very intimidated" is different to someone's opinion that he is "'going to back out" which is not necessarily "has backed out".
After hours, both Remuda & Stock Dok were open to ideas.

There is no point in second guessing what further discussions the parties may have by Monday or later - if anything happens, I'm sure they will tell the investing public in a timely manner.
