As I see it, if Gary Andrew - Owner of Intermountain Orient - a successful lumber company - agrees to be the Emergency Trustee of DIDG then a r/m can take place subject to following all the correct procedures.
The Stock Dok could work on it without Remuda - Remuda could work on it without The Stock Dok. At this point it is not confirmed who might be willing to do what.
I just watched a long Periscope session with The Stock Dok + 212 - many want him to continue to work with Gary. This is an unprecedented opportunity in the OTC market that revolves around Gary's decision.
