As I have been saying for weeks, someone knows something and has been adding on the ask in a subtle manner despite the spread and lack of visible bid - remember AON bids don't show.
Also, the few people that were flipping a few M for a few ticks stopped some time ago.
Today, only 7M in hits on the ask took it from .0016>.0019.
