Probably - but OTC is the Wild Wild West. If you watch one buys and some other meatball sells at clips of $5 - $60. It's rather pathetic. They show a downward trend and then catch people with stop losses and the weak hands that fear the bottom dropping. Then they bring it back up. They are very good at it and very successful.
