Just saw the teaser video of Hyundai's "new concept car". I don't know about you, but my experience is that are ambitious, work very hard to improve and honor their parents/ancestors. Like the Japanese, they can finesse and improve a product. The Chinese yawn, take their time to see what the Koreans and Japanese think, then come up with a little bit better solution for a lower price. Still, Koreans partner with American companies that look offshore for a cost of production edge as well as technical know-how. All this is IMO..observation.
So I am putting it out there that South Korea has potential to be the kind of mfr that COTE is seeking. Does anyone know if GC has previous contacts, etc with South Korean firms? Outcome? Thanks.
