Agreed. The purpose of a double-blind study is that neither the patient nor the investigator knows which drug is taken by whom. Yes, I know psoriasis waxes and wanes. But if the patient case report says psoriasis is cleared at the last visit, guess which drug did the trick? Hint, not the sugar pill.
