They have resolutely and continually posted their intention to keep it under the technical level of 1.29. I think they are going to keep covering and building long positions by suppressing price IF they can.
What if Leo is in the final stages of negotiation for a deal and that's why he sounds so confident in the press release? If that's the case, a deal could happen very quickly and these creeps could be caught in a giant squeeze, or at least be left on the sidelines for a huge move up.
