Under the terms of the LOI all hard costs associated with the development of the brain health and memory coffee will be at Robert Lamberton Consulting's expense. Laguna and Robert Lamberton Consulting intend on entering into a formal R&D and development agreement outlining the details of the relationship before April 15, 2016.
