New here ? Read the January 29 PR in the stickey. Unless amended by the next news, this is still the plan for the distribution of shares in the new company set up to offer St James Remedies products.
It will have it's own ticker (to be allocated) and INCC shareholders of record on March 31 will also get shares in the new company on a 1:1 basis.
