That's right Steve, I believe the same. Everyone may as well forget about the PPS until the filings come in, because nothing they say or do will move it until that day arrived, this is of course just a guess, but when you think about it all of us are investing in the belief that the company follows thru on what they say. I think it goes without saying that everyone here believes and trusts management to gitrdone. Again that's just us, anyone looking to put some money here most likely won't do it and would rather put it on the watch list. I'm of the belief that the KBM case won't be settled because I believe the company is looking for a ruling from the court on Usary. A settled case would most likely end up with an NDA, and I'm not sure this is what they want. This is all just opinion of course, hope I'm wrong.
