not sure the time frame for that. If I had to venture a guess, there was a 2-year time frame, and I don't know if that is still a SEC rule? I do know that HJOE would have to be exraordinarily foolish to have not contacted the appropriate people and received the information they needed to base their timeframes. Also, the greys are reserved for companies that have provided questionable or inaccurate information. HJOE has certainly not done that and there is plenty of evidence to support their assertions. As far as KBM, I'd be shocked if this went to trial.
