Long ago, another company I owned had a messy sec thing, not UNXL btw, it took some back and forth paperwork and it all went away.
Point is, the SEC is not there to close companies down, it's to enforce compliance.
If they need to bitch slap now and then, it's their job, have at it, no biggy.
Anyone with the sky is failing mentality is way off base.
