There is a major problem with that though. it is only surviving beause of subsidies. Those will end Dec 2016....unless reinstated once again. if there were no subsidies.......the industry would collapse and fall like a rock(unfortunately).

It's been great for small companies and start ups.....but it has fallen flat and been disappointing in my opinion. If they can find a way to do without a subsidy and grow then bam!. Imagine that.....and then accompany that with incentives.
