Folks, spudsuds is either incredibly stupid (doesn't know how to read) or intentionally lying. Our "friend" is repeatedly claiming that the 2015 /os number is the current number.
However, if you haven't read this type of sentence, before, please do not fall into the trap he has done by reading this following sentence incorrectly (or intentionally trying to mislead:
"At January 31, 2016 and October 31, 2015, there were 2,944,402,694 and 3,829,346,478 shares issued and outstanding, respectively."
Here is the translation:
January 31, 2016 o/s = 2,944,402,694
January 31, 2015 o/s = 3,829,346,478
The key word is "respectively" match the first date to the first number, the second date to the second number.
