It's take 3 full business days for fidelity, because....they have said over the years...
A) it's a penny stock, or
it trades under a dollar, or
C) all OTC takes 3 days
I have called a few times, catch someone in a helpful mood, then they force the trade at online price of 7.95, then they say, "don't make a habit of this."
