$TPAC Hey Unknownst! The 10-Q is not so much news, but is a formal quarterly filing. In general, the 10-Q was neither good nor bad. It was pretty plain in nature and gave shareholders info that most already knew, or instinctively understood.
As for the selling you're seeing, it is likely for a few reasons. The first reason is impatience. Many knew, but still held hopes, that the revs from the $100k PO would be in this Q(though it is technically scheduled in such a way that the revs will be listed in the Q due out in June; that being a long time for some who are flipping or unsure to hold on to funds). Some of this is panic selling and by the sharp drop, could very well be a shake, rather than a sell-off due to loss of greater sentiment, seeing as the accumulation line has still been turning upward despite the price dropping. A few investors have mentioned compensation concerns, so when compensation is shown on the Q but revs are not, nor has there been circulating info about the companies behind the PO's(at least as of yet), some are going to get nervous or upset.
It is fairly certain that revenues have commenced, despite the fact that they have not yet appeared in this quarterly filing. The PO that has been a major talking point has all parts completed and is due to be delivered exactly on time(neither early nor late) by the end of this month, which is 15 days. There is quite a bit going on in the background, but these next few weeks are going to be a patience game for many, and for others, an opportunity to either panic or to buy.
Anyway. I hope that this answered your question and gave a bit of additional detail as well. Hope you're doing well and having an awesome day, Unknownst!!! Nice to see you posting again.
