Since management, despite the lack of updates or constructive action resp. verification that e.g. the Hard Rock negotiation was real to begin with, has not played at all with dilution/toxic debt pick up etc. we deal with a very unique amazing situation in OTC land.....thus:

Any small buying interest and this can run 200-500%
Any buying interest and real news on business accomplishments (unlikely though since we still don't know if there was a voluntary scam component in last years updates) this can run 1000-5000%

The share structure is magnificent...the tiniest float and no dilution whatshowever...it is also possible that the company via land and real estate buys/sells surprises us with a true business model what can lead to long term prospectives for us
