Not everyone owns 185m shares. There are folks who want to invest privately to buy at a discount to not only help the company raise money for the brokerage, but because the private placement opportunity makes good business sense for them. Not everybody likes to buy exclusively through the open market. I for one like to invest both privately and publicly and get to know my CEO as best as I can. To each his or her own. I have gotten to know Matt very well and I can assure you this man is legitimate and cares
how things will end up for long investors. You will see. Hang in there. He has a few aces up his sleeve that will make each and every one of us very happy.
