Exactly. . These reverse mergers delays are due to a multitude of things. . Valuations of company assets and we all know delinquent filings..incorporation issues that resides with the company going public , etc.. when an investors buys a stock that is involved with merger , he or she can surely be faced with delays. .so patience is needed and a strong not sell finger.lol we have a gem here.. goooo the new talk! !
