I have no objection to people shorting stock of companies they honestly believe to be overvalued. "Honestly," however, is the key word here. I have nothing but contempt for people who try to either pump or bash stocks simply for a profit, having nothing to do with the merits of the company but merely because a trading cabal CAN do it.
