I doubt WE will see his rough draft. The draft is for counsel to review and make changes. Once they go over it and submit it we will see a SEC filing. Not sure I would post my rough drafts of anything without legal going over it. Especially on this where everyone tries to dissect every little piece of data and twist it around. Could possibly elude to Insider information and such also.
No worries though the ball is in motion and uplist is eminent.
