Rosen weasel-worded it to try to make it appear that Menon claimed he had gotten a Ph.D. from Harvard, but in fact the wording was that he was told he had to have a Ph.D. to work in the lab, and 34 months later, he had one. It did NOT say it was from Harvard. It's a Rosen misstatement.
