Just know, the wagons are still circled. This is the only positive that can remedy the situation at hand. Here's a news flash...
NANOTECH PAYS OFF ITS CONVERTABLE VARIABLE RATE (FLOORLESS) DEBT. The repayment eliminates the threat of shareholder dilution. Do we meet the criteria. We don't know. But wouldn't it be nice. This is what the rest of the investment community is waiting on. I hope they realize it and don't screw it up again. Ya, they needed the money fast, but now is the time for restitution. Show yourself as responsible. Don't mess with the serious money investor.
For as to be labeled simply as an investor, isn't cutting it. We want to see you get there as much, if not more than you. P.R. work on your skills.
