The buying pressure is probably coming from Apple users who also follow new technology and invest in small companies. IMHO Apple users, who tend to search out new technology have discovered the UltraFlix app and therefore been introduced to NTEK and 4K. They like what they initially see and decide to invest after a bit of DD. This trend could continue for weeks or months. What usually happens next is the new NTEK investors does more DD and discovers nothing but promise in the stock and starts seeing partners like Paramount, Sony, Android, Nvidia, Akumen, Apple, LG, Samsung, Vizio, (too many to name), and decides to invest more and also starts telling friends and family about this small company who is playing with the big boys and who's stock price is incredibly undervalued. This is called the smowball efect. Where it takes the stock price is anybody's guess.
