Gee, a long-time basher thinks that Rosen has a point in his misrepresentations. What a surprise that is.
To me the crucial part is at the end: Rosen wants another chance to re-state their bogus claims, so that they can take out the part that a jury would see proves how wrong their assertion of "research" is. In other words, they want to re-file, taking out the "empty offices" etc part.
