For the OFFSHORE conspiracy it's not at all IMPOSSIBLE, it's even more possible because if OFFSHORE brokers/Clearing firms/Hedge Funds/Financial Holdings etc.. it would be more likely & easier to do ILLEGAL trading activity in Pinkies because they are not on US soil making them harder to get because of differences in country LAWS, so no one can rule out that possibility... IMO

but if TYTN would be a victiim of such we would'nt know or if we did it would be months later via SEC notice.
