Port Arthur Economic Development Authority signed Contracts January 2016. The target date for competition of retrofitting the building(s) and machinery installation is June 1st , 2016. All necessary contracts both upstream and downstream have been secured including pre-consumer textile waste acquisition (manufacturing scraps), to completed product(s) distribution. The initial hire commitment is for 216 PA residents, with a commitment of $18 million of payroll by 2019. Port Arthur will reimburse roughly $2.2 paid-out wages. (12%)
