AGAIN seeing that as a true statement. That investors here are early and if they hold can IMO be part of a BOOM move. CHECK OUT TODAY's move on GWPH which just released good results on it's completion of PHASE III seizure drug. (BTW: it too had a long PPS decline period)
Holders here could see this type of move in CTIX 3 different times should all be positive.
