I did find it interesting to hear about all the iterations of commercial products that Nanosys tried. I find it hard to believe they would allow another company to use their film idea. It sounds like millions went into the research and development of that idea. Just my thought though. It will be hard for another company to prove they didn't poach the original idea from Nanosys.
