Arrayit owns around 40M shares of AVDX and has declared a dividend of 10M shares of AVDX to its shareholders. When those hit the market (if they do), the stock will be more liquid.

And I think the price will decline given that there is little current buying interest.

thats what i'm wondering right now because last week i bought a 1000 AVDX shares and the pps moved from 40 to 60 cents and thats a 50% move just by a little buy order.

In my eyes because of the non liquid volume the avant pps can make huge swings and is meaningless imo.

Avant did say they we're expecting to be more liquid in the near term i believe (from memory) but i'm not sure how they will do that?
Maybe.... if they go to the nasdaq? just a thought.
