There are many requirements to uplist. By far the most daunting is the $4 minimum share price.
But they also have to have enough stockholders' equity. That is no longer an issue if the shares of AVDX are trading high enough. It gives them a huge balance sheet asset that puts them way over the necessary stockholders' equity minimum.
I wonder if NASDAQ will give them full credit for the value of such an illiquid stock.
