After the last call, I hit *1 to ask a question and nothing happened. So I emailed GC after to ask what the play with the AVDX shares is.
I asked if the play was to use them as an asset on the balance sheet to uplist or potentially as a dividend out to shareholders.
He said that everything was under consideration and we might get a little bit of both approaches. But a dividend was definitely on the table.
That jumped out to me because a dividend means they are not locked up like Linn said they would be.
Guess we shall see when the deal is disclosed in the SEC filings.
Nice that GC still thinks an uplist is even a possibility.

interesting indeed! i was not counting anymore on a dividend either.
I'm still going to keep my expectations in check and not count on a dividend, but it sure would be a pleasant surprise if we did indeed get one in the near future
