You may not have a compatible HDCP 2.2 port on your TV. The Roku 4 requires your TV to use an HDCP 2.2 HDMI port and a 4K TV to access Ultraflix thru it.
I had the same problem with my older 4K Samsung TV. I was able to make the Roku 4 work by hooking up a HDCP 2.2 compliant HDMI splitter between the Roku 4 and the TV.

If the Ultraflix app on your TV works though you should not have to use the Roku 4 to access Ultraflix. Just access it from the TV itself
