More than i could've asked. That's a great starting point for me. I will continue to do DD as well. (I'll pass a long any nuggets, if i find some) I swear I'm not a lazy investor lol, I've just been busy with work and i was a little bit confused of what all of this means for the 3 entities involved in this merge of sorts.
