As I had postulated earlier today, it appears that Rosen waited until the last second to file their steaming pile of fake rationalizations. It hasn't appeared yet online, and let's think about this: if someone posts at 4:59 on Friday afternoon, what are the chances that it will get entered online over the weekend? Approximately equal to zero, I'd think.

That said, I find it hilarious that an overbite-dog poster elsewhere claims that the lawsuit will survive. How? It wasn't even filed in the right venue, there are NO facts supporting a suit.... so it looks like the FUD machine is trying to crank out one last gasp.
