Agreed. In my own opinion, I think he needs to spend the majority of this year assisting BTL in the production of bearings - until he is able to pass off his skills & perfection on to someone worthy enough to fit the task. I hope Bill will be able to meet the business plans production estimate of 25,000 bearings this year - providing the company with $4,175,000 in revenues. I think we are on track..
