The company I am sure is moving as fast as they can. Sure us longs have to have patience in this play. We were told when the date would be at the latest. There is no dilution here as we all know since they have told us the SS is current and correct until filings come out. We also know any new preferred shares that were being given to Mr. Lee are not for sale until at least 6 months from the date he got them . there are still like 4 months or so until he can sell. I am not worried in the least.
