The BOD has to get more involved. If they are totally relying on what CT tells them, as you said they need to do their own DD.
Chris has failed on almost every deal that he announced to be in the makings.
And we never heard the out come of any of them.
Let's pull that rat out of where ever it could be and get the damn things done.
