Only 38k shares traded today, or about $1,000 worth...and 1/3 of that was sold as part of the settlement for the previous fraud committed by PTOI.
We don't have a timeline for when Mr. Heddle will start pumping the shares in earnest...but he did promise that he would start singing and dancing soon in his recent letter. A few weeks?? If he's successful, you investors could get a nice bump as other people buy shares. Keep in mind that after PTOI takes its cut from shares sales, either directly or indirectly through other people who are paid in shares, what's left over will be a zero sum game.
On another note, I'm certain that if any of you have an amount of money which PTOI deems significant, like their estimate of $200k to fix the condenser, you could certainly name your price for restricted shares in exchange for that money and I'm positive Mr. Heddle would happily take it. At half a cent, $200k would get 40M shares and you would own 25% of the company. Mortgage or second mortgage on your house for those of you who still believe in PTOI??

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
