No it's not a surprise at all. None of these imbeciles think they need to communicate with the damned owners of the company they work for, which is unfathomable to me. It's a responsibility that is inherent with a publicly traded company and none of these morons in either company have managed to figure that out. How do they live with themselves every day knowing that people have lost thousands and thousands of dollars each, if not more, purely because of the bad decisions they are making? I just can't imagine doing that to people. I would have rather sold the company long ago (again, assuming that wasn't a load of BS) rather than just completely decimate people's investment in the company I was running. I just cannot fathom how they can do that to people who have put their own hard-earned cash to support the company they are supposed to be keeping afloat.
Do you think they are just waiting for Dave to break out of the shackles or something? I just can't see how they have managed to do so little and destroy our investment so much in so little time. I'll be honest, I don't trust Dave. I liked his vision at first, but I saw him being completely dishonest with us multiple times and I lost any sort of confidence in his capacity to tell the investors what was really happening. That said, at least there was SOME communication which let us know what was SUPPOSED to be happening. I emphasize "supposed" because I truly believe he was being deceptive with us the entire time. No proof, of course, but there were quite a few things that left me with a lot of doubt about his honesty.
I don't have much faith that we'll manage to pull out of this without a major loss unfortunately, but maybe the stars will align and something good will happen. I don't see it though. It really seems like they have had, in the palm of their hands, an absolutely amazing product and vision, and they have managed to completely devalue and destroy something that could have made all of us very wealthy people.
