$TMSH was able to get hold of the person who won the lawsuit. He said he cannot say much right now until some things were finalized. So he is tight lipped, can understand. He said when things were completed, whatever those are, there would be news coming out, But he could not say more than that.

Tried to reach the attorney, lol, he will not talk at all, said investors will find out information through news.

Guess that means there will be news, now it is a matter of when and what the news will contain.

But TMSH is certainly changing and we could see some serious ASK hits in the next few days.
