I don't think buy out action is a viable goal at current pps. My reasoning would be that Jeff Folly, previous CEO, back in Fall of 2013 bought over 10 million shares for .17. Following his lead I too bought at 16.9. So if the company were to be sold would Jeff Foley be willing to take less than .17? The people who have given their time, energy and money to up start this company I don't think are willing to work for someone else and lose their independence. But who knows what's really going on behind closed doors.
