Thanks benji...that was my last email to him that it needs to be cancelled.
Delaware...I have found out recently via another stock...has really exorbitant franchise fees when you have a lot of shares outstanding. The fees can go up to 180,000 dollars a year. Its insane. Glad they opted to keep the Nevada license instead but then they need to cancel Delaware as you said.
