Upon competition of the merger with filing iTALK (Nevada Company) name remains the same, but they will have a brand new cusip number due to R/M.
All shares that were naked shorted would have be bought back as requested by FINRA, on name changes and or R/M.
I think Levy gave MM too much time for shares to be bought back. JMO!
