I'm hoping benji will respond when he gets out of work today. I read what you are saying but if they were considered one company in 2015 then why in Sept 2015 did UMS change to a corporation and file in Delaware instead of Nevada.

IMO they have a separate license they need to address. It may just be that they need to cancel the license but right now it is showing that it is new as of 9/15 and they have a filing due.
